Regardless of an ordinary first week, Rohit Shetty directed SUNDAY still has en edge as it enters into the second week. This is because the latest release of this Friday, RAMA RAMA KYA HAI DRAMAAA has opened to a poor response all over, hence making SUNDAY a weekend favorite all over again.Since there is no other release this week apart from this Rajpal Yadav-Neha Dhupia starrer, it paves the way clear for this suspense comedy which so far has seen mixed response from both within and outside the industry. Nevertheless, when compared to countless other brainless flicks that have gone on to be a success in past and present, SUNDAY carries some semblance in the proceedings.
With MITHYA and SUPERSTAR, the twin releases of next week being the only competition before JODHAA AKBAR strikes on 15th February, SUNDAY would be looking forward to stabilizing this week and help it's investors get past the safety mark.
