It official now. Actor Sanjay Dutt and his companion Manyata are now officially man and wife. Sanjay married Manyata on Monday according to Hindu rites but his sisters Namrata and Priya were not invited to the wedding.

According to sources, this is probably the second time that the actor has got married to Manyata. Sources say the couple had tied the knot in Goa last Thursday, at a civil marriage attended by the actor's close friends. But his sisters were not present even on that occasion. Yesterday's ceremony took place at the Versova residence of Pradip Sinha, a friend of the bride. The marriage ceremony was a three-hour affair which was attended by close friends like Suniel Shetty and Bunty Walia. The speculation about whether they have already tied the knot or not has consumed a lot of media interest recently, specially after the very public advertisement in Saamna and Manyata's recent appearance at an event with sindoor in her hair. While Sanjay has played down the absence of his sisters at the ceremony, the sisters have taken the news with a lot of maturity and said that they wish him well. Incidentally, this is not the first time that Sanjay's marriage has made nerws. He earlier married Rhea Pillai at Mahalaxmi temple after a Valentine's night of revelry.
