Meaning ‘the one and only’, Aegan has been finalized as the title of Ajith’s next movie, for which shooting is already underway! Informed sources say that the title, Aegan, is a word used in praise of Lord Shiva and means ‘unique’. For Ajith, who is indeed a one-of-kind star, this title fits like a crown! Aegan is directed by dance master-turned-director Raju Sundaram and produced by Ayangaran International, which co-produced the victorious Billa. Released in December, Billa continues to rock the cine scene, unperturbed by the host of films that have hit the screen since. Given the immense success of Billa, there’s quite a lot of pressure on Raju to deliver. He is thoroughly confident in his story which is similar to the story of Shah Rukh’s Main Hoon Na. And he has great faith in Thalai’s acting prowess. As for the lead lady… If rumours are to be believed, then Katrina will fill that part.
