Post his official wedding, actor Sanjay Dutt seems to be moving from strength to strength.The actor currently has some big-budget movies like Sanjay Gadhvi's Kidnap, Sujoy Ghosh's Aladin,Abbas-Mustan's Mr. Fraud and EMI produced by Suniel Shetty. Besides this, the actor reportedly has filmmakers queueing up to sign him and he is also gearing up to wield the producer's baton with the launch of his production house.
The actor has reportedly signed nearly 27 films for various producers. He also plans to act in at least two of his own productions every year.His dates are booked till 2011. Apart from his unfinished projects, the actor is also likely to star in Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision's Blue, Ajay Chandok's Chatur Singh Two Star and films by Bunty Walia. Post the Munnabhai films, Sanjay has been on a high. Last year, he continued with his box office success with hits films like Shootout At Lokhandwala and Dhammal. Currently, he is reportedly commanding a price of Rs 2 to Rs 2.5 crore per film and falls into the same bracket as Ajay Devgan. Counting the number of films on floor right now, the actor has Rs 175-200 crore riding on him. As for his production house, directors like Milan Luthria and Sujoy Ghosh have been roped in to direct films for his company, which will be headed by his wife Maanyata. The films are likely to be announced after August and will hit the floor next year. The plan is to make two-three films every year. Reportedly talks are on with the likes of Rajkumar Hirani and Soham Shah.Luthria's film will have a two heroes, including Sanjay. It is said to be a true story based on a cop's life. It will be shot in Rajasthan next year. Ghosh will reportedly be remaking the Hollywood hit, Ghostbusters in Hindi for the actor's company. Life seems all set for this actor.
