Physical fitness has always been an issue with the junior Bachchan. A confirmed foodie, his fluctuating waistlines keeps creating problems for his stylist as Abhishek keeps shedding and gaining weight.

The process keeps repeating itself so much so that the measurement of the waist is always a mystery to his designer Aanahita Shroff, who has incidentally, been trying to fit him into his Drona costumes. Shroff had to keep reworking the actor's costumes everytime he lost or regained weight. According to sources, besides being a foodie, the actor has the tendency to put on weight very easily. Though Abhishek has become conscious of it, he has not yet gained control of his food habits and cannot resist eating in between shots. But it seems that he is making sincere efforts to lose weight. According to reports, Shroff has had to increase the size of the clothes that the actor wore for the earlier schedules of Goldie Behl's Drona. When Abhishek tried them on recently, he found he could not fit into them and Shroff had no other option but to rework them. The good thing is that the actor has realized that he has put on a lot of weight and needs to do something about it fast. In fact, his weight has become a joke among his co-stars. In this age of weight-obsessed stars, he sure is different.
