According to producer Vipul Shah, Egypt will form an important backdrop for the film as it will be where Akshay and Katrina meet each other for the first time in the film. According to Shah, they will be shooting the introductory song of the lead pair. The last time that a romantic song was shot in Egypt was the one between Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan in Karan Johar's Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. The song was a huge hit and now Akshay is determined to make this song an even bigger hit. He wants to better SR's success story with Kajol. Most trade pundits see Akshay and Katrina as the next successful jodi after SRK and Kajol. After Namastey London and Welcome, Akshay feels that Katrina is his lucky mascot.
