Penned by Anjaan Saagri, the song was rendered by Alka Yagnik. The film is being produced by Madan Singh Barara (Daddy) and is being directed by Suresh Kumar. The film's story has been written by Abhinandan Phapale. Gopal Dey is taking care of the cinematography and the action is taken care of by Ejaz Shaikh.
