They seem to have cut a deal. Salman Khan is expected to take a cut in his remuneration from Boney Kapoor's Pokhri remake . In return, Boney will re-launch his brother Arbaaz Khan, who has not quite made his mark as yet as a solo hero.
Apparently, a few days ago, Salman went up to Boney and asked him if he would make as solo-hero film with his brother Arbaaz. Salman told Boney that he was ready to cut his fee for the Pokhri remake, which is by now 85 per cent complete. Boney instantly agreed and the duo has decided that they will jointly make a film for Arbaaz. The film which will be jointly produced by Salman and Boney, is expected to hit the floors by the end of this year. Boney is working on the script currently. The director will be decided in the next two months. According to sources, Boney told Salman that since he was like family, there is no need for any reduction in his remuneration. Money, he told him, was a secondary issue. Boney and Salman have resolved to leave no stone unturned in their bid to launch Arbaaz in a big manner. It sure does speak volumes for Salman's brotherly concern for Arbaaz, who could do with a boost like this.
