Onir has just wrapped up am extended schedule of his forthcoming romantic comedy, Sorry Bhai, in Mauritius. The director is relieved that it is finally over since he was reeling under deadline pressure.
Thankfully for him, he had a wonderful cast of actors, all easygoing and hassle-free, who rarely complained about anything apart from their not-so-expressive director. Apparently Onir was so bogged down by pressure that appreciating the actors' work genuinely slipped from his mind. Shabana Azmi even referred to him as 'a man of opposite reactions.' Actor Boman Irani is believed to have tried hard to evoke a response from the soft-spoken director by teasing him. Onir admits that the actors would look for feedback after a shot but he used to forget as he was more concerned about finishing the schedule on time. Sanjay Suri, Chitrangada Singh and Sharman Joshi shot with the rest of the cast for 35 days in Mauritius. The entire cast and crew bonded over various games like charades and word building. The men preferred to confine themselves to Boman's room as he had a playstation. The story of Sorry Bhai revolves around a shy and charming young scientist (Sharman), who heads to Mauritius with his parents, Shabana and Boman, for his elder brother's (Suri), wedding. He meets his brother's fiancée, Chitrangada, and the two find themselves attracted to each other.
