Arai En 305il Kadavul is all set to hit the screens this weekend and director Simbudevan is geared up for the release.
Speaking briefly to the Behindwoods correspondent, he spilled beans on a few firsts about the movie. According to him, Arai En will be the first ever Tamil movie to use real sound for the first forty five minutes into the movie. “This will present more credibility to the movie on the whole and enhance the movie watching experience,” he declared.
He is all praises for his mentor and producer Shankar and recollected that Shankar never visited the sets once and but for the first day shooting and for viewing the first copy of the film. “He never interfered with my creativity and entrusted the whole project to me,” he mentioned.
Promo stills and hoardings across the city have already generated enough buzz about the movie. More so since the director’s debut venture Imsai Arasan was a declared hit that explored a novel genre quite unfamiliar to Tamil cinema. As a signing off note, Simbu mentioned that Arai En is a mixture of fantasy and reality in equal proportions. “Not in the same order though,” he remarked.
