Harward Entertainment's maiden venture Pranali The Tradition, is set to be released on May 2, all over. The film will be released in the four languages of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam simultaneously. The film is about the age old cruel tradition of devdasi which is still prevalent in our country.
The film has been directed by Hirdesh Kamble, a former assistant to John Mathew Mathan, Mahesh Bhatt and Vikram Bhatt. Kamble has also written the film's script and screenplay. The cinematographer of the film is Najeeb Khan and its editing has been done by Chaitanya Bose. The film's music has been composed by Kailash Kher, along with Naresh and Paresh Kamath. The film's choreography is credited to veteran Saroj Khan. Renowned Kathak maestro Pandit Birju Maharaj has composed the tandav dance sequence in the film. The female lead in the film is played by Nargis, of Garam Masala fame. The others in the cast are Upendra Limaye, Raman Trikha, Sudha Chandran, Dipshikha, Vinay Apte among others. It is produced by Nikhil Mathur.
