Ram Gopal Verma must be a relieved man. His Sarkar Raj, featuring the Bachchan parivaar, is finally ready to be released. Before the film releases for the audiences, it will be premiered at the IIFA Awards, to be held in Bangkok. The film's music is ready to be launched and apparently the Bachchans have chosen the first wedding anniversary of Abhishek and Aishwarya, on April 20, as the appropriate occasion for the event.

Of course, Abhishek is currently in Miami shooting for Dharma Productions' Dostana. Ash had joined him, along with the rest of the family, for the birthday celebrations of Jaya Bachchan. But now the plan seems to be back in Mumbai, minus the beta and bahu, of course. It is believed to be the Big B's idea and he seems to have set it up so that Abhi Ash are able to talk to media at the launch through video conferencing. The Big B manages to kill two stone with this one masterstroke. Of course, her man ages to garner the required publicity for the release of Sarkar Raj, which will be Abhi Ash's first release together after marriage. Secondly, he is able to make up to the media, by allowing them to talk to the couple on their first wedding anniversary. After the shoddy treatment of the media at the wedding last year, this probably was the least he could do. So by clubbing both the events together, he has certainly bought a smile on Ramu's face.
