Surya’s forthcoming film Ayan is touted to be an out-and-out action flick. When director K.V. Anand was quizzed about this, he agreed that there were fight sequences in the film, but they were interwoven in the story and would not be mindless violence.
He also said that the role suited Surya and the film would be stylish to the core.
While there are talks in the industry that Tamanna’s selection was based on her popularity in the Telugu Desam, the director strongly denied that she was not signed up only for that.
Anand said that Tamanna was the right choice as her facial expressions were extremely good and she had the ability to bring out even the slightest of expression to perfection.
