"I would have been happy if everyone would have contributed to ONE TWO THREE promotion", says Tusshar though sans any regret. For starters, ONE TWO THREE, an underdog film, turned out to be a success even though many from the trade dismissed it on the day of the release."I know that. Still, I had trust in Ashwani (Dheer) from the very first day since he narrated the script to me", says Tusshar whose ONE TWO THREE is a follow up to his last year's big hit SHOOTOUT AT LOKHANDWALA.
Tell him that he seemed to be the only person who was promoting ONE TWO THREE so hard and he shrugs it away without adding on to any controversy. "I guess everyone got busy. I know for sure that Sameer Reddy was very much involved in the promotion though poor girl had to simultaneously manage RACE also which had released just a week earlier. Then Suneil (Shetty) sir was busy with his MISSION INSTANBUL."
"In any case, in the final run no sweat actually. I didn't mind promoting ONE TWO THREE alone as I was relatively free before the film's release. There was a break in the schedule of GOLMAAL RETURNS and I could afford to spend a lot of time traveling for the film", says Tusshar.
So is there any project happening with Ashwani after ONE TWO THREE?
"Not at the moment. We haven't discussed any script where we could work together. But yes, I would certainly want to work with him again in near future. The man has done well with his first release and I am confident that his subsequent projects would work out good as well", signs off Tusshar whose next project, C KKOMPANY, is a comedy again and is tentatively being planned for a 20th June release.
