Looks like the season of directors resorting to acting, playing the lead mostly, is not over yet. After Sundar C’s successful stint as an actor, it is director Ramana’s turn to don the greasepaint now.
Ramana’s earlier directorial credits include the Vijay starrers Thirumalai and Aadhi and the Dhanush starrer Sullan.
Besides, Ramana is also part of the S. A. Chandrasekhar directed Pandayam where he plays the antagonist.
The new venture will be produced by Nazar and cinematographed by Gobi. Sabesh Murali scores for the movie.
