London, May 27 (ANI): Beyonce Knowles reportedly had a competitor for the attentions of new husband Jay-Z in Cannes over the weekend - P.Diddy.

Newly-weds Beyonce and Jay-Z were hoping for some alone time at Cannes, but Diddy had other ideas.

The R and B super-couple, who haven't had a honeymoon since their low-key wedding, held a party at the VIP Rooms in the French city.

However, Beyonce was apparently unimpressed when Diddy gatecrashed their bash.

"Beyonce's usually so mild-mannered but she was rolling her eyes as Diddy kept dragging her man off to party," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.

"She tried to win her hubby back by dancing up close to him but Diddy pulled him onstage and made him watch his raucous rendition of New York, New York," the source added. (ANI)
