Having giving three years to family, Sheeba has once again returned to acting on small screen with the new show Sujata on Sony for BR Films. Previously she was last seen in Karishma, which had Karishma Kapoor in the show.

Excited about her new show, Sheeba says "Sujata is a breath of fresh air. It is different from the usual. I took it up because I did not have to play the role of a mother or a bhabhi. Infact it's a story about strong women and their journey from their young days till what they are today." Further she adds, " when I took the break, my priority was my family. Besides there was nothing interesting either that I felt I wanted to do at that point of time."

In Sujata, Sheeba plays the role of Roshni, an interior decorater, who does not believe in marriage and is much career oriented, strong, spirited and bright.

Currently she is also working on a Bhojpuri film with Shatrugan Sinha and apparently two Bollywood films being discussed, one with David Dhawan, and one with Subhash Ghai.

Looks like Sheeba is back and with a bang, we must say!
