There will be no prizes for guessing as to who gave the industry talented names like Govinda, Chunkey Pandey, Neelam and also Divya Bharti. It is obviously the well known filmmaker, Pahlaj Nihalani! With such a legacy, the expectations from the newcomers that Pahlaj is introducing in his upcoming Friday release, KHUSHBOO, are bound to soar.We decided to put the question to the man himself and here is what he had to tell us. Says Pahlaj Nihalani, "Yes, I could have taken big names, but I believe in introducing new talents to the industry. And continuing the tradition started by names like Govinda, Chunkey, Neelam etc, Rishi Rehan and Avantikka are my latest offerings to Bollywood and I have faith in their capabilities. Plus the script of KHUSHBOO required newcomers."
Well Pahlaj Ji, here's hoping that in the year of newcomers, Rishi and Aavantikka are two welcome additions!
