South Indian actress Asin, who will be seen opposite Aamir Khan in Ghajini, is slowly but surely making her way into Bollywood. She has already signed Priyadarshan's next opposite Akshay Kumar. The latest is that the actress has replaced Priyanka Chopra in Vipul Shah's London Dreams.

It seems that London Dreams, which was first being directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi, featured Priyanka as the female lead. But once the project passed on to Vipul, the change in heroine happened. Priyanka's role, which was that of a member of an underground rock band in London, is now going to be essayed by Asin. According to Vipul, he needed a fresh face and also wanted someone who could act well. Asin is new to Bollywood and has worked in several films down south and has already proved herself. Besides, having worked with so many biggies down south, she will be absolutely comfortable working opposite Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan. Of course, rumour mills insist that Priyanka was replaced because of her tiff with Salman.
