Neil Nitin Mukesh's next film, Freeze, is a sci fi movie about a guy with a camera that has supernatural powers. Apart from taking photographs, the actor performed some breathtaking stunts as well for the film. Hesitant to talk about the film, Neil revealed that in Freeze, the whole concept of the "camera can't lie" has been used in a very unexpected way. Neil had to learn to take photographs like a pro for the movie, where he had to pretend he could see more through the lens than meets the eye.
For the actor, the most interesting fact about the film was that though it is a film about supernatural powers and how they can destroy or build your life, there are not that many overt special effects in the movie. "The supernatural element has been used in a very thrilling manner", said the actor, who shot for the film in Bangkok with Bipasha Basu. Neil, who made his debut with the critically acclaimed Johnny Gaddar, is reluctant to reveal anything more about the movie. But according to informed sources, the story reaches a point where the character sees his own death in his own camera. Bipasha plays the girl who averts the impending catastrophe in Neil's life. Commenting on Bipasha's role, Neil said, "In fact, at one point in the story, Bipasha has to push me off from the ninth floor. After jumping off a high rise in Bangkok without any harness and without informing his parents, Neil is currently under house arrest in Mumbai. "I never told my parents about it. If I had, my father would've caught the first flight to Bangkok. He freaked out when he heard about it. Now I'm not allowed to do any action scenes, dangerous or otherwise," said Neil sheepishly. "Luckily, the new Yash Raj Films' project with Kabir Khan that I'm starting this week has no stunts." Having already shot with the gorgeous Bipasha, Neil now pairs up with Katrina Kaif in the upcoming film. "Such lovely ladies and I'm still single. Maybe the camera in Freeze will tell me when love will happen to me," the actor quipped.
