The latest action hero Shiney Ahuja is all set to HIJACK audiences on 29th August. HIJACK is not about a man becoming superhero overnight but shows the human nature to acknowledge, accept and win over challenges.HIJACK is not going to be just another action flick it deals with Hijacking of an aeroplane and the mid air drama and till what extent a father can go to save his daughter who is trapped in the airplane which is hijacked by terrorists.
The scenario is very practical these days with lot of planes being hijacked by the terrorist, Kunal Shivdasnai seems to have done his homework pretty well in showcasing the different emotions of people in the hijacked aircraft. Esha Deol plays an airhostess in the movie, the movie depicts how Esha helps Shiney plotting and planning and killing the terrorists one by one. Supporting them are KK Raina, Kaveri Jha, Mona Ambegaonkar and others. While Story and screenplay is by Kunal Shivdasani along with Gavendra Agarwal than the Music has been composed by the latest entrants from ad industry - Justin Uday. Aleya Motion Magic produces HIJACK and is presented by EROS Entertainment.
Action Director Allan Amin has guided Shiney all through the movie with the stunts. There are some nerve biting stunts in this movie where Shiney is hanging 100 feet above the ground from a helicopter going at 100 kmph. All the stunts are done by Shiney himself as it required close-ups. Allan Amin had words of praises for the gutsy Shiney Ahuja.
Seems like Kunal and Shiney have both done their homework pretty well, Kunal had words of praises for Shiney saying," The role was tough and demanding. It required a lot of preparation and hard work to put life into the character and Shiney has done his homework really well. Let's wait and hope that this movie changes the way action Indian flicks are looked upon when it hits the theaters on 29thAugust 08 starring Shiney Ahuja and Esha Deol in leads.
