Music composer Anu Malik seems to be back, doing what he does best, composing melodies for films, melodies which will have instant recall value. He is also in the news for another reason. His daughter Anmol, has just made her singing debut.

Anmol Malik has sung a song, 'Main Talli Ho' for the film Ugly Aur Pagli, which stars Mallika Sherawat and Ranvir Shorey. The 17 year old has already created waves with this song, and Anu is definitely a very proud father. On screen, the song has been picturised on Mallika, who incidentally, has been part of quite a few films, which have music by Malik, like for instance Murder, the forthcoming Maan Gaye Mughal e Azam and of course, Ugly Aur Pagli. Malik's most recent venture has been the music of Love Story 2050. The film may have proved to be a dud at the box office but Malik's music has been much appreciated. The composer will also be giving music for another Harman Baweja 's film, called Victory, where the newcomer is paired opposite Amrita Rao and also Kambakth Ishq which stars Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor. With Anmol making her singing debut, the Malik family has not one but two singers. The day may not be far when they may record a duet together for a film.
