When Govinda was at the top, he was famous for always being late, canceling shootings etc. But ever since he came back with the film Partner, the actor vowed to turn over a new leaf. But like they say, a leopard can never change his spots. According to reports, the actor is back to throwing his weight around.

Most recently, the actor is believed to have refused to dub for a film called Chal Chala Chal, which is being made by a Rajiv Kumar. The film is believed to be in the making for quite a while now but the actor is not very happy with the results. Govinda apparently agreed to do the movie when he was desperately trying to make a comeback. Partner had yet to release. But as Govinda's fortunes changed his behaviour too changed. There was a brief period of humility but once Partner became a resounding success, he was back to his errant ways. And now he has landed the director in a soup by refusing to dub for the film, since he is not to happy with the results.
