Salman Khan is known to be very generous to the people he loves. He just revealed this soft side of his recently during the shooting of his television reality show, Dus Ka Dum. At the receiving end was Ranbir Kapoor, the scion of the Kapoor khandaan.

It seems that both Deepika Padukone and Ranbir came together for one episode of Salman's TV show. They appeared on the show to promote their forthcoming film, Bachna Ae Haseeno. In fact, so touched was Salman by their presence, that at the end of the show, he presented him with a portrait of his grandfather, the great showman Raj Kapoor. Ranbir was taken aback by surprise at first. But after that, he could not hold back his tears as he was so moved by Salman's gesture. The pleasure was doubled by the fact that this was a portrait which had been painted by Salman himself. The actor is known to be very fond of Ranbir. It all probably began with Salman's fondness for Ranbir's father, Rishi Kapoor.
