The repercussions of the Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan feud are still being felt. Actor Saif Ali Khan, who is celebrating his birthday this Saturday, will not be bringing it in with a big bash, as desired by his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor.

Kareena shares a very good rapport with both Salman and SRK and has no wish to offend either of them. Hence, there is no way that she can get away with calling one and not the other. The option of calling both together is not a very safe option. Hence Kareena, who wanted to throw a big bash for Saif, has changed her mind. She is now seriously thinking of holding a small, private party for family and close friends. The couple have mixed their plans of traveling to Goa as they have been traveling from one end of the globe the other for the last couple of months. First it was the UK, then the couple moved to US, where Kareena was shooting for Kambakht Ishq while Saif was shooting for his home production being directed by Imtiaz Ali. With all that traveling behind them, the actors have decided to stay put in Mumbai itself. The other person who experienced the chill after the storm was poor old Deepika, who made an appearance on Salman's TV show Dus Ka Dum to promote her film, Bachna Ae Haseeno. When she joked that she was glad that he hadn't called her by the name of Shantipriya, Salman is said to have asked her who was that. He took his time to acknowledge that she was the Shanti from the film Om Shanti Om. To Deepika's comment that maybe they could work together some day, he is known to have made a comment about her height. But that has never been an issue with Salman regarding his other heroines.
