Krishna, brother of director Vishnuvardhan, is the hero of Alibaba, directed by Vishnuvardhan's assistant Neelan K. Shekar. Alibaba, which is ready for release, was produced by their father Pattiyal Shekar. Krishna, who has been deluged with film offers ever since he started acting in his home production, has finally zeroed in on a script for his next film. The project, titled Thottu Paar, will be directed by Nandhu. The heroine is yet to be finalized. Shooting for Thottu Par will begin in September. Krishna received formal training in acting in a school in the US and he had been a part of a drama troupe which toured US and France. He is also trained in martial art and dance forms. He is eagerly awaiting the release of Alibaba, which also marks the debut of another newcomer - Janani. Music is by Vidyasagar. The audio of the film was launched in June.
