Controversial director Anurag Kashyap's younger brother, Abhinav, is all set to follow in his brother's footsteps. The young man, who has made quite a name for himself on television and even assisted Mani Ratnam, is now all set to make his directorial debut in Hindi cinema. And if reports are to believed, then actor Salman Khan will be starring in the project.

It seems that Abhinav took his story to Arbaaz Khan and asked him to produce the movie. The actor agreed and suggested that Abhinav take Salman in the lead. The young director agreed. As of now, it seems almost final that the film will be produced by Arbaaz and Salman will portray the male lead in the movie. The story has also been written by Abhinav. It is about a man who hails from Uttar Pradesh. Incidentally, like his brother before him, Abhinav did make his entry into films by writing. He had earlier written the dialogues for Manorama Six Feet Under. There has been no official announcement as yet, though.
