London, Nov 19 (IANS) Former Hole singer Courtney Love hinted she was feeling suicidal but later backtracked to spare her daughter more embarrassment. She even apologised.

Thesun.co.uk reports that Love made the claim in about 60 posts she wrote on her MySpace page Sunday. They were not very coherent.

In the blog she wrote: "No I am not suicidal; occasionally, very occasionally, like all of us I get depressed, and that was over a year ago and I had a mini little depression attack well (a) big one... I don't know quite why it happened, but I find that medication is not the answer to this."

She added: "Please leave my kid out of it, when I make a technical booboo or get a little whacky when she's at a movie, my problem. Basically I'm off blogging because you've upset my kid and embarrassed her and so have I. So (I've) apologised to her I hope you will too."
