Actor Sanjay Dutt is out to prove a point. After his former business partner Ekta Kapoor has gone and signed a deal with former friend turned arch rival Sanjay Gupta, the actor is miffed and quite hurt by the betrayal.

Sanju is now out to prove that he has great good will in the industry. To prove this point, the actor is going out of the way to ensure that his production house has signed on all the major actors of the industry, beginning from Amitabh Bachchan. Besides receiving a professional jolt, the alliance between Gupta and Ekta has also personally hurt the actor as he was very fond of the Balaji head. In fact, Ekta too, had gone on record to state how much she admired and loved Sanju, but probably not enough to do business with him. He has another grouse against Ekta she has not paid up his dues for the item song in C Kkompany. Aacording to reports, the actor was to be paid Rs 1.5 crores for the number, which is still pending. But according to sources in Balaji, the actor has been gifted a BMW in lieu of his payment. But it still does not make up for the 1.5 crore, say sources. Hence, now Sanju is on a star signing spree to prove his superiority. The story is quite filmi really. Two best friends, now arch enemies. So who says art doesn't resemble life?
