A 40 day shooting spell for 4th Dimension Film's Downtown is currently in progress at various locations in Mumbai. The schedule began on December 12. The songs for the film have been recorded. The film is being directed by Andalib Majrooh Sultanpuri and the music composer is Sanjeev Darshan.
All five songs of the film have already been recorded in the voices of K.K, Shreya Ghoshal, Kunal Ganjawala, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shibani Kashyap, Roop Kumar Rathod and Shweta Pandit at Swarlata and Ashok Honda studios. The film's cast includes Vinod Khanna, Rati Agnihotri, introducing Akhil Rajendra and Smilie Suri.
