Rajkumar Santoshi's love story Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani is reportedly 70 per cent complete. The film has already had two long extensive shoots in Ooty and Goa. The third and final schedule of the film is due to take place soon in Mumbai.
Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani brings together for the first time Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. The two just about missed acting with each other in Yash Raj's Bachna Ae Haseeno, which released last year.
Originally, the story of that film had four heroines, but it seems that the film's length was getting unwieldy. Hence, the film's director Siddharth Anand, decided to do away with Katrina's portion.
As a goodwill gesture, she was offered a role in Kabir Khan's New York, being made under the same banner. Katrina and Ranbir are an unusual pair, but are being touted as the next best young jodi.
