Jai Akash came to Chennai from London because he was bit by the acting bug. He acted as hero in several films including 'Kaatrullavarai,' 'Ramakrishna' and 'Sevvel.'

He is presently acting as hero in 'Ninaithadhai Mudippavan' and 'Madan.' He is supposed to have secretly tied the knot with his London based girlfriend. Such rumours of impending marriages or happened marriages among stars are common.

But in Jai Akash's instance, the rumour has gone further than wedding by implying he has a child as well. We asked Jai Akash for clarification.

"I was in love with Nisha when I lived in London. We are going steady for the past 8 years and I will marry only her," he said adding that since film offers were coming his way, there were no marriage plans for the moment, and the rumour that he was already marries was baseless.

There have been recent rumours linking Jai Akash with a young actress he's acting with. Kodmabakkam rumour has it that his explanation about Nisha is mainly due to this.
