Apex court allows Sanjay Dutt to travel to US

New Delhi, Jan 14 (IANS) The Supreme Court Wednesday granted permission to Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt to travel to New York to attend a conference there in his capacity as a United Nations goodwill ambassador.

The permission was granted by a bench of Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan.

Dutt will be travelling to New York in the first week of February to attend a conference on malnutrition.
