The much-awaited film Vande Mataram has now got a new director. The bilingual movie (titled Aruvadai in Tamil) starring Mammootty and Sneha, produced by Henry, was to be directed by Maniratnam’s assistant, Karthik. The movie will now be directed by debutante director T. Aravind. Meanwhile, Mammootty has also signed a new film, Kutty Shranku, to be directed by Shaji N. Karun.
