Washington, July 28 (ANI): Hollywood star Matt Damon has denied he is writing another screenplay with his 'Good Will Hunting' partner Ben Affleck.

The 'The Bourne Identity' star insists that reports about their collaboration is just speculation, sparked off when he and Affleck were vacationing in Hawaii.

"We went to Hawaii on vacation together, and we started surfing and somebody decided we were writing a screenplay together," the New York Daily News quoted Damon, as saying.

"We're not writing anything together. Not now, anyway," he adds.

Earlier this month, Damon's spokesperson had confirmed that he was contemplating writing another screenplay teaming up with Affleck, with whom he had won the Academy Award for 'Good Will Hunting' 10 years ago.

Damon, however, insists that their talks were only in the early stages at that time. (ANI)
