Yes we know that Jugaad cannot really be termed as coming back in action. But it is true that actor Manoj Bajpai, who has been not been seen on the screen for a long while, has some exciting projects on hand.
Jugaad was a mistake, which the actor has reportedly admitted in public. But that's old news now. The latest is that the actor has been roped in by Madhur Bhandarkar to join the cast of his forthcoming film, Jail, which also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Mugdha Godse. It seems that both Manoj and Madhur have been wanting to work with each other for a while now. But it seems nothing worthwhile came up till now. In fact, in his bid to accommodate Madhur, the actor has opted out of David Dhawan's Hook Ya Crook. The actor is a little wary of working in comedies, specially after Money Hai To Honey Hai. So when Madhur's offer came back, he was more than glad to opt out of Dhawan's film as the dates of both films were clashing. The serious actor that he is, Manoj realized that he would be more comfortable doing Madhur's film. In the fiulm, the actor plays an underworld don who is incarcerated in jail along with Neil Nitin Mukesh, who he befriends. Besides Jail, the actor has also currently shot for Prakash Jha's Rajniti, along with Arjun Rampal and Katrina Kaif. He also has good friend Sanjay Gupta's Acid Factory coming up this year as well. This may well be the year which sees the return of Manoj Bajpai.
