Vivek Vaswani's Dulha Mil Gaya is still held up. The film which is directed by Mudassar Aziz and stars Sushmita Sen and Fardeen Khan with Shah Rukh Khan in a special cameo, is still held up. The film has been in the making for more than two years now.

The reason for the delay is the producer's insistence on extending SRK's role in the movie. It seems that there is still one song which remains to be shot. This is a song which will star SRK, Sushmita and Fardeen. But now that SRK is out of action because of his shoulder injury, the makers will have to wait for a while. Meanwhile, the film's release is being planned for mid June this year. Incidentally, SRK is playing the role of God in the movie. He is the God of Love and reportedly shares most of his scenes with Sushmita. The actress and he last worked together in Farah Khan's directorial debut, Main Hoon Na, which was produced by SRK. One hopes for the sake of the makers that the film gets wrapped up this year and is released in time. It will also come as a breather for Sushmita, who has hardly any films on hand these days. She has already distanced herself from her forthcoming release, Karma Aur Holi, where she appears opposite ex boyfriend Randeep Hooda. So maybe Dulha Mil Gaya may help her resurrect her career, which has been singed quite badly by Ram Gopal Verma Ki Aag, her last release.
