Produce director Vipul Shah's Action Replay went on the floors a day ago. The film's shooting commenced at ND Studios. The film will see Aishwariya Rai Bachchan and Akshay Kumar coming together after Khakhee. The film also sees veteran Randhir Kapoor make a reappearance on screen. His last appearance was for Honey Irani's film Armaan, where he played Preity Zinta's father. The film was also supposed to star Arjun Rampal, but according to sources, he has been replaced by MTV VJ Ranvijay. It seems that Arjun's dates for Prakash Jha's Rajneeti were clashing with Vipul's film, so he decided to opt out. Arjun and Vipul go a long way back. They worked together in the 2002 action flick, Aankhen.
