New York, Aug 3 (ANI): Actress Lindsay Lohan's mum has been sued for fraud by a businessman who claims that she hasn't returned the money she borrowed for launching her daughter's career.
Las Vegas entrepreneur Antonio Almeida supposedly lent 400,000 dollars to Dina Lohan for the 'Mean Girls' star's music career.
Almeida's lawyer Raymond Hamrick said that Lohan used a part of the money to record numbers with singer Gloria Estefan's hubby Emilio Estefan.
But, the 21-year-old moved on to work with Casablanca Records, that launched her first album 'A Little More Personal (Raw)'.
"My clients were out their money," the New York Post quoted Hamrick, as saying. (ANI)
