Washington, Aug 6 (ANI): While rumours were rife that 'Sugarbabes' was planning to kick out Amelle Berrabah because of controversy surrounding her boyfriend, bandmate Keisha Buchanan has refuted these claims.
Buchanan insisted that the Brit girl band will always stand by the troubled bandmate.
"We're here to support Amelle no matter what happens. Fortunately Amelle has been dealt a hard hand when it comes to her personal life. But she's never had to choose between her boyfriend and the band," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.
Earlier in February Berrabah's beau Freddie Fuller was arrested following rape charges by her younger sis Samiya, but he claims that he was innocent and the singer has stood by him.
Meanwhile, the band's new single, 'About You Now', is out set to be released on September 24. (ANI)
