Raja, the director son of Editor Mohan, sure knows how to pick up good screenplays and present them in a way that would appeal to the masses. For about fifteen years, he had been assisting his dad with filmmaking. Then, there also was the course that he had undergone in a prestigious film institute.
Until now, he had only been making films for his father's production company. But his first film was in Telugu, the big hit 'Hanuman Junction'. He is now trying to make films for other production companies with other heroes too.
The director says, "We now have plans to launch my younger sibling, 'Jayam' Ravi in Telugu. I have picked up a fabulous story for him. I also am making a film with another hero now, so that I wouldn't be branded as the director who only makes films with his younger sibling."
The handsome director had also been getting offers to star in films. "I think for the time being I might as well let Ravi do all the acting," the elder brother says.
