Remember we had told you last month about Minissha Lamba getting into a non-glamorous avatar (Minissha goes desi ...) for Shyam Benegal's ABBA KA KUAN? Well, here is more. The film has Boman Irani in a double role and reportedly he has given a superb performance. Boman has for company Sammir Dattani, Ravi Kishan, Rajit Kapoor and above all Sonali Kulkarni.The film is inspired by two short stories, NARSAIYYAN KI BAVDI by Jeelani Bano and Sanjeev's PHULWA KA PUL with film treatment by Jayant Kriplani.
The project was recently completed in Hyderabad and has now been renamed as WELL DONE ABBA, keeping in mind its target multiplex audience, who would have had reservations about an archaic title like ABBA KA KUAN.
