The film is nearing 200 days but the financial problem between 'Paruthiveeran' producer and director Ameer has not been solved. While both have been hurling accusations at each other, a sudden announcement yesterday by one of the producers R Prakash Babu shook Kodambakkam yesterday.

In his announcement Prakash Babu says Ameer first said 'Paruthiveeran' budget would be 2 crores 75 lakhs but later revised it to 3 crores and 50 lakhs saying only then could the film be completed. After the film was completed, Ameer said the budget was 5 crores and when asked for the accounts, Ameer went into hiding, accuses Prakash Babu.

It was actually Ameer who owed them 50 lakhs and if he did not pay up, the producer plans to take action against him, he added.

Did Ameer make the film according to the first copy? Why did Studio Green opt out of the production? There are no clarifications about this in the announcement. Ameer's side says this is only to aggravate him.

Whatever be the case, don't hound the creator, is everyone's opinion!
