Javed Ali, who shot to fame as a playback singer for some of the recent memorable songs like 'Guzarish' from Ghajini (2008), 'Jashn E Bahaara' from Jodhaa Akbar (2008) and 'Ek Din Teri Raahon Mein' from Naqaab (2007) is ready to launch his debut album. The album name is yet to be decided and has 7 tracks in it with an extra one which will be a remix of one of the songs. The songs are based on the romantic genre but has an Arabic classical touch to it.
Javed feels that with an album, the singer gets the freedom to explore and play around with the songs the way he feels. It enhances the performance and proves the experience of the artiste. He adds 'I want to pay full attention to my singing and that is my only aim'.
The album is schedule to release sometime in June.
