Welcome to Sajjanpur seems to have really boosted Shreyas Talpade's career. Rohit Shetty's Golmaal 2 had only added to it. With both films doing well at the box office, Talpade now has a slew of films on hand, mostly of the comic genre.

One of his forthcoming films is Paritosh Painter's Paying Guest which has been produced by Mukta Arts. In this movie, Talpade will be see cross dressing for a major chunk of the movie. The film is about a group of four guys who go house-hunting and the comical situations that they find themselves in. David Dhawan's Hook Ya Crook is up next with a cast which includes John Abraham and Genelia D'Souza. And it is believed that whenever Shetty makes Golmaal 3, he is likely to repeat Talpade. Besides comedy, the actor is also doing Sangeeth Sivan's Click which is a horror flick. He is also doing Vicky Chopra's Seasons Greetings and UTV Spotboy's Aage Se Right. According to reports, mentor Nagesh Kuknoor, who had dumped him a while ago, now wants to cast him in his next movie. A bit of Shreyas Talpade's luck might just rub off on him.
