Washington, Aug. 10 (ANI): Charlton Heston, Frank Sinatra and Cary Grant are among 60 celebrities whose stars have been removed from the Hollywood Walk of Fame on account of a new building project.
According to reports, many of the stars disintegrated as soon as they were lifted from the ground.
However, the construction firm engaged in the hotel-shipping-housing project insists that the brass plaques in each star are intact.
The accolades will be replaced as and when the project completes in 2009, Contractmusic reports. (ANI)
