In the wake of the multiplex strike being called off, Mukta Entertainment is set to strike with Paritosh Painter's Paying Guest. Paying Guest is a situational comedy about four bachelors hunting for a house to live in which releases on 19th June 2009.

The movie is directed by Paritosh Painter and produced by Raju Farooqi under the Mukta Entertainment banner. Speaking of his association with Raju Farooqi, Subhash Ghai says, "Raju Farooqi's association with Mukta Arts has come a long way. He has been the producer of various hits under our banner like 'Aitraaz', '36 China Town' and 'Apna Sapna Money Money', which were three back to back blockbusters for Mukta Entertainment. We are more than delighted to have his name associated with 'Paying Guest'."

'Paying Guest' stars Shreyas Talpade, Jaaved Jafferi, Aashish Choudhary, Vatsal Sheth, Celina Jaitly, Neha Dhupia, Riya Sen, Sayali Bhagat, Jhonny Lever, Delnaaz Paul and Chunky Pandey. The music is given by Sajid-Wajid and the lyrics are by Jalees Sherwani.
