Pan Singh Tomar which is being directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia and produced by UTV, is nearing completion, The last schedule of the film is expected to be shot later this month at Film City.
The film stars Irrfan Khan in the leading role of the athlete who turned into a dacoit. Actress Mahi Gill of Dev D fame is paired opposite him in the movie. Apparently the final schedule of the film has been delayed because Irrfan suffered an injury to his leg. In the last schedule, the actor will be shooting scenes which feature steeplechase sequences. The movie's climax has already been shot in Dholpur, in the Chambal region. The movie has been extensively shot in actual locales in Uttar Pradesh like Rourkee and Saharanpur. Pan Singh Tomar is all set to release on November 6.
