Simran is well-known in Tollywood and the entire South Indian film industry. She has acted with almost all the top heroes in the industry. She quit films at the height of her career after her marriage. She has started her second innings and is now doing a film with Balakrishna titled Okkamagadu. She has also acted with Harikrishna in the film Seethayya.
Simran is now getting ready to act with the third generation hero from the NTR family. She is acting in Vijayadasami with Kalyan Ram as hero. V. Samudra is the director. Simran has also signed up to play opposite Krishna Bhagavan in John Apparao 40+.
