Successful organizations are always built by motivated individuals. Shringar Cinemas Ltd. (SCL), India's leading Exhibition and Distribution conglomerate which owns and operates the Fame Brand of Multiplexes in India, has always been on the forefront when it comes to building and maintaining employee morale within the organization. Continuing the same tradition, to celebrate the spirit of Unity and teamwork, a special screening of the Shahrukh Khan starrer, CHAK DE INDIA directed by Shimit Amin will be screened collectively for all the employees of Shringar Cinemas and their families, at the recently opened Fame Dahisar on Sunday. CHAK DE INDIA, which has already won audiences the world over for its effective screenplay and powerful performances, evokes such emotions as solidarity and oneness, is an apt choice for the occasion. To add to the celebrations, Yashraj has granted special permission to continue with a special screening of the movie for the employees and their families in all units of Shringar in the Country following the screening in Mumbai.

On the eve of the special screening Mr. Shravan Shroff, MD Shringar Cinemas said, "Shringar has always been of the opinion that motivation is a definitive step towards an employee's empowerment and development. We don't believe in making half hearted efforts with suggestion boxes which may never be opened or a mundane formatted motivational regime which may never be implemented. Motivation is more about identifying the pulse of the employee and put into action, activities which are more fitting and effective in raising their morale at that given time."

Shringar Cinemas has always believed in providing a highly motivated environment conducive for the employees to give their maximum output and has simultaneously pioneered new trends in the market to become an industry leader. The more recent example being that of introducing the concept of Super Size Screens in India for the first time with the launch of its sixth property in Mumbai ,Thakur Fame Dahisar. With a mix of a motivated work force and innovative ideology, SCL all set to say CHAK DE to the future.
